Authorizes the Department of Health to provide quarterly lists of deceased persons' names to state agencies that maintain official lists and are prohibited by federal law from sharing that information.

Death lists must include the full name of the decedent and dates of birth and death if known, with the department determining the form and format of delivery.

Allows the Department of Health to charge a reasonable fee to cover costs and to provide certified death certificates to agencies upon request, subject to existing confidentiality requirements.

Requires state agencies receiving death lists to use the information only for the stated purpose and prohibits further disclosure of any information on the lists.

Effective July 1, 2050.
