Increases maximum allowable medical fees under workers' compensation from 110 percent to 130 percent of the Medicare Resource Based Relative Value Scale effective January 1, 2014.

Applies the new 130 percent fee cap to all succeeding calendar years after 2014.

Maintains the director's authority to establish additional fee schedules for medical treatments, products, or services not covered under Medicare.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
