Repeals the sunset date of Act 120, Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, which requires fee simple time share transactions to be recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances instead of the Land Court system.

Eliminates the need to issue individual certificates of title for each fee simple time share unit owner, streamlining the registration process for transactions involving hundreds to thousands of individual owners.

Permanently establishes the streamlined process for registering fee simple time share interests in the Bureau of Conveyances and reduces the backlog of recordings at the Land Court.
