Maintains existing protections for agricultural land in excess of four acres used primarily for farming operations.

Defines "agricultural land" to include land used for farm buildings, dwellings, roads, and irrigation infrastructure associated with the operation.

Clarifies that trespasser status requires entry onto land without permission where the property is fenced, marked with "No Trespassing" signs, or has visible evidence of livestock or crops.

Responds to documented concerns about agricultural trespassing, theft of crops and livestock, damage to fencing, and liability exposure for smaller agricultural landowners.
