Department of Human Services shall conduct a study on costs and benefits of implementing random drug testing as a requirement for public assistance program eligibility and participation.

Study shall include findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation based on the cost-benefit analysis.

Department must report findings to the legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the 2014 regular legislative session.

Act takes effect on July 1, 2013.
