Requires all public agencies to provide specified records of defendants ordered to be examined regarding fitness to proceed to the Court.

Limits conditional release to a maximum of one year for defendants charged with petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, or violation offenses.

Requires tolling (pausing) of the one-year conditional release term during any hospitalization ordered for noncompliance with release conditions and during the pendency of motions to revoke conditional release.

Terminates the period of conditional release upon revocation of the conditional release order.

Requires the Department of Health to report to the Legislature certain information regarding defendants discharged from conditional release.
