Natural area reserves program works to conserve, protect, and manage the State's natural and cultural resources while preserving representative samples of Hawaii's biological systems

Recommended for passage to better serve state agencies' responsibilities to protect Native Hawaiian rights and perpetuate Native Hawaiian culture and cultural values
