Expresses support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a proposed regional free trade agreement among the United States, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Recognizes that Hawaii's economy and position in the Pacific Rim make it directly affected by trade policies in the Asia-Pacific region, which represents over 40 percent of global trade.

Encourages Hawaii's Congressional delegation and other leaders to support negotiations to finalize the TPP agreement, citing potential job creation and retention benefits in the United States and Hawaii.

References Hawaii's successful hosting of the 2011 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting in Honolulu as evidence of the state's capability to engage in major international trade matters.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Congressional leaders, State Department, Commerce Department, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, and the Governor.
