Recognizes and commends the United States-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership as a commitment to broaden and deepen bilateral relations between the two countries.

Acknowledges the global significance of enhanced cooperation between the world's second and third largest democracies and the importance of fostering exchanges between two diverse nations.

Notes that the partnership began in mid-2009 following Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit to Indonesia and was formally launched by President Barack Obama during his 2010 visit to Indonesia.

Recognizes Indonesia's strategic importance due to its location controlling key international maritime straits, particularly the Malacca Strait, and its role as a linchpin of regional security.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the U.S. President, Indonesian President, U.S. Secretary of State, Indonesian Foreign Minister, Indonesian Ambassador to the U.S., Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and the Board of Trustees of the United States-Indonesia Society.
