Request the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to display all works of art in its collection currently stored or inaccessible to the public (approximately 1,500 of 6,500 pieces).

Request the Foundation photograph every artwork in its collection and publish photographs with descriptions and current locations on a public internet website.

Request the Chief Information Officer assist in creating an online database with search functionality allowing public access by artist name, creation date, and current location.

Require the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to submit a report to the Legislature on implementation efforts no later than twenty days before the 2014 Regular Session convening.

Acknowledge the Foundation's art in public places program, which dedicates one percent of state capital improvement expenditures to acquire and commission art for public buildings.
