Urges the President of the United States and Congress to support and pass the Filipino Veterans Family Reunification Act of 2013.

Acknowledges Filipino soldiers' service during World War II alongside American troops at battles including Corregidor and Bataan, and their subsequent denial of U.S. veterans' benefits after Philippine independence in 1946.

Notes that approximately 6,000 of the original 250,000 Filipino World War II veterans remain alive and are separated from their children in the Philippines due to visa application backlogs exceeding ten years.

Proposes exempting children of certain Filipino World War II veterans from numerical limitations on immigration visas to facilitate family reunification.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the President, congressional leadership, and Hawaii's Congressional delegation.
