Recognizes the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association for its work preparing for the designation of Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa as a Hawaii state and national scenic byway.

Supports the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association's efforts in developing the Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa Corridor Management Plan.

Supports the subsequent designation of Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa Scenic Byway as a National Scenic Byway through the Federal Highway Administration's National Scenic Byways Program.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the President of the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association, Director of Transportation, Mayor of Honolulu, and Director of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services.
