Requests the Senate President and Speaker of the House to convene a legislative working group to establish a process for replacing the statue of Saint Joseph Damien de Veuster in National Statuary Hall.

Working group to consist of no more than four committee chairs from each chamber, as determined by the Senate President and House Speaker.

Working group directed to consider individuals worthy of merit as replacements and refer to federal requirements and guidelines for statue replacement in National Statuary Hall.

Requires the working group to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2014 Regular Session convenes.

Notes that federal law enacted in 2000 allows states to request statue replacements if the statue has been displayed for at least 10 years and the request is approved by the Legislature and Governor.
