Urges the Department of Accounting and General Services and Hawaii Tourism Authority to build and operate a public informational kiosk in Honolulu's historic district.

Kiosk should be located in the heart of the historic district and provide information about sites including Iolani Palace, Hawaiian Mission Houses, Kawaiahao Church, Saint Andrew's Cathedral, Washington Place, State Capitol Building, and Kamehameha Statue.

Identifies transportation challenges in the historic district (parking limitations, heavy traffic, bus delays, taxi costs, confusing streets) that condense visitor experiences and limit tourism revenue for nonprofit historic sites.

Proposes funding the kiosk from tourism-related reserves such as the transient accommodations tax or other tourism-specific sources.

Information may be delivered through human attendants or interactive digital displays, as costs and efficiency permit.
