Requests the State Department of Defense Office of Veterans Services to establish a veteran women services coordinator position to address the specific needs of female active duty service members and veterans.

Identifies that Hawaii has between 9,502 and 11,744 women veterans facing issues including military sexual trauma, inadequate post-service healthcare, post-traumatic stress syndrome, homelessness, and unemployment.

Coordinator duties include gathering and distributing information about services for women veterans, educating Office of Veterans Services counselors, and attending national conferences to connect women veterans with appropriate resources.

Requires the coordinator to be a veteran or current/former member of the Hawaii Air or Army National Guard discharged under honorable conditions.

Directs the Office of Veterans Services to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Adjutant General and Director of Veterans Services.
