Requests law enforcement in Hawaii ensure detainees have access to trial, counsel, and due process protections under the U.S. Constitution and Hawaii State Constitution

Requests Hawaii's Congressional delegation monitor NDAA implementation and actively work for repeal of the NDAA's detention provisions

Directs transmission of the resolution to Hawaii's congressional delegation, relevant Congressional committees, the U.S. Attorney General, and the President
