Requests the Professional and Vocational Licensing Division to convene a working group to examine streamlining or consolidating its 25 licensing boards and commissions.

Working group must include the Licensing Administrator and four Senior Executive Officers of the Professional and Vocational Licensing Division.

Working group directed to research how other states manage professional and vocational licensing and identify best practices or administrative procedures that could be adopted in Hawaii.

Working group required to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2014 Regular Session convenes, and dissolve on June 30, 2014.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and the Licensing Administrator of the Professional and Vocational Licensing Division.
