Hawaii House of Representatives endorses successful negotiation of a Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement between Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States.

Encourages U.S. Congress to favorably consider and pass the agreement, with negotiations to conclude by end of 2013.

Calls on Hawaii's business community to voice support for the agreement and develop proposals creating economic opportunities for the state.

Commits Hawaii to supporting implementation of the agreement and offers to host future negotiating rounds if needed.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the U.S. President, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, and heads of the participating nations.
