Request the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to display all works of art in its collection, with approximately 1,500 pieces currently in storage or inaccessible to the public out of 6,500 total pieces.

Require the Foundation to photograph every artwork in its collection and publish photographs with descriptions and current locations on a publicly accessible website.

Request the Chief Information Officer to assist in developing an online database with search capabilities allowing public access by artist name, creation date, and current location.

Require the Foundation to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2014 Regular Session convening detailing actions taken to implement the resolution.

Acknowledge the Foundation's Art in Public Places program, established forty years ago as a first-in-the-nation initiative allocating one percent of state capital improvement expenditures for acquiring and commissioning art in public buildings.
