Requests the Department of Accounting and General Services and the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to dedicate one percent of funds collected under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 103-8.5 for Native Hawaiian artwork.

Specifies dedicated funds shall support preservation, acquisition, display, commission, maintenance, or restoration of Native Hawaiian art.

References the Works of Art Special Fund established in 1989, which derives revenue from one percent of construction and renovation costs of state capital improvement projects.

Notes Hawaii's rich cultural artistic heritage in traditional mediums including wood carving, feather work, petroglyphs, and bark cloth, as well as modern art forms with Native Hawaiian themes.

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Comptroller of the Department of Accounting and General Services and the Executive Director of the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.
