Request that the President of the United States and Congress review federal laws regarding inspection of agricultural commodities arriving in Hawaii from international destinations and exported from Hawaii to the continental United States.

Ask Hawaii's Congressional delegation to work with the Federal Aviation Administration to permit the use of airport revenues to fund agricultural inspection services and facilities.

Establish that Hawaii lacks current authority to inspect incoming commodities from international destinations, creating vulnerability to alien pests and invasive species.

Identify that the Federal Aviation Administration has prohibited the use of airport revenue to fund the State's agricultural inspection services.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the President of the United States, the FAA Administrator, and Hawaii's Congressional delegation members.
