Recognizes and congratulates Challenger Center Hawaii on its 20th anniversary celebration on April 8, 2013.

Acknowledges that the center has educated and inspired more than 96,000 students since opening in 1993 through hands-on STEM learning and space simulation experiences.

Notes the center has trained more than 1,500 teachers and completed over 3,500 student missions in grades 6-8, with two primary missions: "Return to the Moon" and "Rendezvous with Comet Halley."

Highlights the center's role in continuing the legacy of Hawaii-born astronaut Ellison Onizuka and the Space Shuttle Challenger crew.

Commends the Friends of Challenger Center Hawaii, Inc., for providing community support to ensure the center's continued operation.
