Identifies multiple historic sites in the downtown Honolulu area including Iolani Palace, Hawaiian Mission Houses, Kawaiahao Church, Saint Andrew's Cathedral, Washington Place, the State Capitol, and the Kamehameha Statue as tourist destinations.

Notes that transportation challenges (parking limitations, traffic, bus delays, confusing street layouts) and funding constraints for nonprofit historic site organizations limit visitor access and publicity.

Proposes the kiosk could provide information through either human attendants or interactive digital displays to promote these cultural sites and support the educational nonprofits maintaining them.

Directs funding for the kiosk be obtained from tourism-specific revenue sources such as the transient accommodations tax or similar tourism-related funding.
