Congratulates the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees on its 60th anniversary, celebrating on February 24, 2013 at Mandalay Chinese Restaurant in downtown Honolulu.

Recognizes the organization's founding in 1953 as a leadership and community service organization for members ages 18-40 from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Acknowledges the organization's significant achievements, including receiving the Harold A. Marks Award as the Most Outstanding Chapter in the Nation (1992-1993) and hosting the 1997 Junior Chamber International World Congress with over 6,000 delegates from 100+ countries.

Highlights the organization's signature community events including the Healthy Baby Contest (60 years), Miss Chinatown Pageant (35 years), Dragon Boat Race, 50th State Fair, and Night in Chinatown.

Extends recognition for the organization's role in developing Hawaii's young leaders through professional programs in public speaking, personal dynamics, time management, and vocational skills, along with community service and volunteer work.
