Expresses concern that sequestration could trigger military unit relocations, base closures, and weakening of the United States Pacific Command presence, compromising national security in the Pacific region.

Calls on Hawaii's congressional delegation, specifically Senators Mazie Hirono and Representative Colleen Hanabusa of the Armed Services Committees, to meet with military commanders and take steps to minimize defense spending cuts.
