Expresses support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a proposed regional free trade agreement among the United States, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Recognizes Hawaii's strategic geographic location in the Pacific Rim and its role in hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting in Honolulu in November 2011.

States that the TPP agreement will create jobs and promote job retention in the United States and Hawaii by increasing exports in the Pacific Rim region, which represents over 40 percent of global trade.

Urges Hawaii's Congressional delegation and other leaders to support negotiations to finalize the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Congress leadership, the Secretaries of State and Commerce, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, and the Governor.
