Request the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to provide an annual report on Hawaii's endangered marine life species to the Department of Land and Natural Resources.

Require the Department of Land and Natural Resources to make the annual report publicly available by posting it on their website.

Aim to enable the public to be more informed about endangered marine species populations and their habitats, allowing for more respectful stewardship of aquatic environments.

Provide fishers and commercial and recreational ocean users with current information to support more accurate and flexible fishing regulations based on species endangerment status.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
