Establishes requirements for licensees to use the title "Doctor of Acupuncture," "D.Ac.," or "Dr. Acupuncturist" based on graduation credentials.

Permits use of the title for graduates from accredited institutions located in the United States or United States territories.

Permits use of the title for graduates from foreign institutions whose transcripts and curriculum have been evaluated by a Board of Acupuncture-approved professional evaluator.

Repeals the requirement that the Board of Acupuncture adopt rules to establish standards for using the "Doctor of Acupuncture" title or "D.Ac." designation.
