Amends Act 134, Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, Section 13 to remove the sunset provision that was scheduled to repeal the special enforcement section on June 30, 2014

Eliminates the requirement that section 235-20.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes be reenacted in its prior form and that sections 231-1, 237-9, and 237-12(b) be reenacted in their previous versions

Makes the special enforcement section of the Department of Taxation permanent by striking the three-year expiration date that was originally set to expire June 30, 2014

Takes effect upon approval
