Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 201B-3(b) to expand the powers and duties of the Hawaii Tourism Authority regarding native Hawaiian culture and the Hawaiian language.

Requires the Hawaii Tourism Authority to ensure native Hawaiian culture is accurately portrayed by Hawaii's visitor industry.

Mandates support for the Hawaiian language as an official language of the State and as a foundation of the host culture that attracts visitors.

Requires the authority to support, nurture, and engage native Hawaiian cultural practitioners and cultural sites in sustaining the visitor industry.

Establishes a requirement for a native Hawaiian cultural education and training program for visitor industry workforce members who have direct contact with visitors.
