Allows Department of Education employees and agents to volunteer to administer epinephrine to students experiencing anaphylactic shock

Requires the Department of Health to provide proper instruction and training to every Department of Education employee or agent who volunteers to administer glucagon and epinephrine

Requires a student's parent or guardian to provide written authorization for auto-injectable epinephrine and to supply the epinephrine supplies for administration

Establishes an effective date of July 1, 2050, to encourage further discussion between the Department of Education and Department of Health regarding training and memorandum of understanding
