Establishes a Hawaii-grown produce working group within the Department of Agriculture to examine methods for increasing consumption of Hawaii-grown produce in state facilities, focusing on supply, demand, and procurement issues.

Working group must develop and implement a demonstration model at a state facility (such as a school or prison) that utilizes locally-grown produce, then evaluate the model's feasibility for expansion to other state facilities.

Working group composition includes the board of agriculture chairperson, superintendent of education, director of health, a representative from the state procurement office, and additional members as determined by the agriculture chairperson.

Working group must report findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 regular session convenes.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 for the working group's operations; working group terminates June 30, 2015.
