Appropriate funds to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to establish 3.0 full-time equivalent permanent workers' compensation hearings officer positions and 2.0 full-time equivalent permanent office assistant positions in the disability compensation division

Amend the measure with an effective date of July 1, 2050, to encourage further discussion

Intended to increase impartiality in medical examination processes and reduce workers' compensation medical disputes
