Authorizes condominium associations to prohibit smoking in units through adopted rules, contingent on board approval and majority unit owner consent, with a 180-day delay before implementation.

Requires a minimum 180-day notice period following approval before any smoking prohibition rule takes effect in condominiums, cooperatives, or apartment associations.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
