Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a non-exclusive, 55-year easement over approximately 270 square feet of state-owned submerged land in Honolulu (tax map key (1) 3-6-001-021) to Eric Carl Jonsson and Joanna Fowler Jonsson.

The easement permits the Jonssons to use, maintain, repair, replace, and remove an existing pier that straddles the seaward boundary of their private property and encroaches into state submerged lands.

Compensation consists of a one-time payment amount to be determined by independent or staff appraisal establishing fair market rent, subject to approval by the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.

The easement is authorized pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53 and is subject to limitations and conditions to be determined by the Board of Land and Natural Resources.

Requires certified copies of the concurrent resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
