Approves the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation's sale of the leased fee interest in 643 Papahehi Place, Honolulu, Hawaii (TMK No. 1-3-8-10-35) to the current leasehold owner.

The property is a 5,665 square foot single-family home built in 1981 as part of the Kau Hale Aupuni o Kuliouou project, appraised at $171,500 as of August 1, 2012 by Harlin Young & Co, Ltd.

The parcel was classified as private land as of August 15, 1895 (Royal Patent No. 5598, Land Commission Award No. 70B to Waiaha) and was acquired by the Hawaii Housing Authority through deed dated April 7, 1975.

A public informational briefing was conducted on September 5, 2012 at Niu Valley Intermediate School with notice published in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, and no objections were received.

A draft concurrent resolution was submitted to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs on September 12, 2012, meeting the three-month advance notice requirement.
