Request that the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts display all works of art in its collection, currently only 5,000 of 6,500 pieces (75%) are publicly displayed with the remainder in storage or inaccessible.

Request that the Foundation photograph every work of art in its collection and make photographs publicly available on an internet website with descriptions and current locations.

Request that the Chief Information Officer assist in implementing an online database with search capabilities allowing public access to artworks by artist, date of creation, and current location.

Request that the Foundation submit a report to the Legislature on implementation efforts no later than twenty days prior to the 2014 Regular Session convening.
