Request the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to conduct a financial review of information required to be reported under section 5 of Act 178, Session Laws of Hawaii 2006, regarding public land trust revenues.

Direct the Governor to ensure all state departments and agencies using or managing public lands provide full cooperation, data, and relevant information to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs during the financial review.

Require state departments and agencies to respond within 30 days to any requests from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs for records and information related to the financial review.

Request the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation from the financial review to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session convenes.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Governor, Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Director of Finance, and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
