Urges Continental Pacific, LLC to place an immediate stay of eviction for Kahuku Village residents pending completion of an archaeological inventory survey for the entire project.

Requests the State Historic Preservation Division develop and implement an archaeological inventory survey, ensure proper treatment of burial remains discovered during construction, and develop a burial treatment plan in an expeditious manner.

Directs the State Historic Preservation Division to work with the Department of Planning and Permitting to ensure the project proceeds within permitted scope without further disturbance of burial sites.

Requests Continental Pacific consult with the Real Estate Commission to ensure the condominium property regime project adheres to statutory requirements under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 514B-83.

Requires the State Historic Preservation Division to submit a written report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2014 Regular Session regarding the burial treatment plan and archaeological inventory survey development.
