Urges Hawaii's Congressional Delegation to seek additional federal aid for educational services provided to migrants from Compact of Free Association nations (Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau)

Recognizes that the Compact of Free Association obligates the United States to provide economic assistance, defense, and educational services in exchange for defense rights in those nations

Notes that Hawaii state agencies provide broad educational, health, and social services to Compact migrants and that costs to the State increase annually

Finds that additional support from the United States government is needed to fulfill the U.S. obligation to Compact of Free Association immigrants

Recommends referral to the Committee on Ways and Means
