Authorizes the Department of Land and Natural Resources to issue a term, non-exclusive easement covering a portion of state submerged lands at Kaalaea, Koolaupoko, Oahu (Tax Map Key: (1) 4-7-024: seaward of 022)

Permits maintenance and repair of an existing seawall and use, maintenance, and repair of existing improvements constructed on the easement area

Operates pursuant to section 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes

Received support from the Department of Land and Natural Resources during committee testimony

Committee on Water and Land recommends passage and referral to the Committee on Ways and Means
