Urges the Department of Accounting and General Services and Hawaii Tourism Authority to choose a location for, build, and operate a public informational kiosk in Honolulu's historic district.

Kiosk would provide information about historic sites including Iolani Palace, Hawaiian Mission Houses, Kawaiahao Church, Saint Andrew's Cathedral, Washington Place, State Capitol Building, and Kamehameha Statue.

Kiosk information could be delivered through human attendants or interactive digital displays, depending on costs and efficiency.

Directs funding for the kiosk to be obtained from tourism-related reserves such as the transient accommodations tax or other relevant sources.

Requires copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Comptroller and President of the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
