Request U.S. Congress to repeal Section 340 of Public Law No. 105-66, which prohibits transferring Honolulu International Airport revenues to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

Seek congressional authorization for Hawaii's Department of Transportation to transfer a portion of airport revenues to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs as ceded lands revenue.

Acknowledge that Honolulu International Airport sits on ceded lands from which lease revenue is due to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 10-13.5, which mandates 20 percent of ceded land proceeds benefit Native Hawaiians.

Direct Hawaii's Congressional delegation to introduce and support legislation repealing Section 340 of Public Law No. 105-66 and authorizing airport revenue transfers to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

Transmit certified copies to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, and the Director of Transportation.
