Requests the State Auditor to assess the social and financial effects of mandating health insurance coverage for therapy and services related to acquired brain injuries.

Requires the assessment to cover all individual and group accident and health insurance, hospital or medical service plans, and health maintenance organization plans effective January 1, 2014.

References an unspecified Senate Bill introduced during the 2013 Regular Session that would mandate the brain injury coverage.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2014 Regular Session convenes.

Requires the Insurance Commissioner to transmit copies of the resolution to all health insurers operating in the State.
