Urges the Department of Accounting and General Services and Hawaii Tourism Authority to choose a location for, build, and operate a public informational kiosk in Honolulu's historic district.

Kiosk should provide information about historic sites including Iolani Palace, Hawaiian Mission Houses, Kawaiahao Church, Saint Andrew's Cathedral, Washington Place, State Capitol Building, and the Kamehameha Statue.

Information may be delivered through human attendants or interactive digital displays, depending on costs and efficiency.

Funding should be obtained from tourism-related reserves such as the transient accommodations tax or other tourism-specific sources.

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Comptroller and President of the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
