Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to conduct a financial review of information subject to Act 178, Section 5 reporting requirements regarding public land trust revenues.

Directs the Governor to require state departments and agencies managing public lands to provide full cooperation, data, and information to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs during the financial review.

Requires state departments and agencies to respond within 30 days to any requests from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs for records and information related to the financial review.

Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation from the financial review to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session convenes.

Notes the State currently transfers $15,100,000 annually in public land trust revenues to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs under Act 178, and that initial research indicates missing information in existing reports.
