Urges Continental Pacific, LLC to place an immediate stay of eviction for Kahuku Village residents until an archaeological inventory survey is completed for the entire project.

Requests the State Historic Preservation Division work with Continental Pacific to develop and implement an archaeological inventory survey, properly treat burial remains unearthed during construction, and ensure no further burial sites are disturbed without survey approval.

Directs Continental Pacific to consult with the Real Estate Commission to ensure the condominium conversion project adheres to statutory requirements under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 514B-83.

Requires the State Historic Preservation Division to submit a written report to the Legislature regarding the burial treatment plan and archaeological survey no later than twenty days before the 2014 Regular Session.

Addresses the failure of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting to notify the State Historic Preservation Division when issuing permits, which prevented required archaeological review prior to construction.
