Urges Hawaii's Congressional Delegation to seek and obtain additional federal aid to the State of Hawaii for educational services provided to migrants from Compact of Free Association nations (Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau).

Notes that the State Department of Education reported approximately 4,400 Micronesian students enrolled in public and charter schools in Hawaii as of the 2010 school year, with numbers growing since implementation of new ethnic coding requirements.

Identifies that the State Department of Education spent approximately $53,586,418 in 2007 to educate Compact of Free Association students who require specialized language services and additional resources.

Emphasizes that the federal government created the relationship with Compact of Free Association nations and should provide additional federal support to address the costs of educational services provided by the State.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to members of Hawaii's Congressional Delegation.
