Notes Hawaii has grown from 2 initial robotics teams in 1999 to over 400 teams across 6 different scholastic robotics programs, but less than 5% of Hawaii students have access due to lack of mentors and resources

Recognizes robotics education develops critical skills in teamwork, problem solving, time management, communication, and catalyzes interest in STEM career paths

Directs certified copies be sent to the Governor, President of the University of Hawaii, University of Hawaii Chancellors, and Dean of the University of Hawaii College of Engineering
