Requests the Board of Education to develop a uniform sexuality health education program for all public schools that meets requirements of Hawaii Revised Statutes section 321-11.1, which mandates medically accurate, age-appropriate content including abstinence, contraception, and disease/pregnancy prevention methods.

Board of Education should consider mandating sexuality health education during intermediate and middle school years and including social-emotional issues relating to sexuality in the curriculum.

Board should establish minimum training standards for sexuality health education teachers and make curricula available for public review.

Board must ensure effective monitoring and oversight of the sexuality health education program.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education, Superintendent of Education, and Director of Health.
